Position Overview:
We are looking for a passionate Educational Assistant to work with elementary students in Port Coquitlam BC, in a home education context. This position is in person for 6 hours per week .
Rate per hour: $23 to $29
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
- ✔ Experience supporting children or youth in educational, behavioural, or support settings
- ✔ Experience working with neurodiverse students, including Autism Spectrum Disorder, is considered an asset
- ✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ✔ Ability to work independently and collaboratively with families and support teams
- ✔ Valid Criminal Record Check suitable for working with children/vulnerable persons, as required
