At NCSS, we want to learn about specific barriers or helpful supports that people encounter when they are trying to: Access a school program, building, or school information Receive a service or support This anonymous reporting tool is designed for you to report any instances where you have experienced an accessibility barrier at NCSS. NCSS will use this information to gather data and take action. Your responses are treated as confidential, and you do not have to provide your name unless you want to. If you do decide to share your name or email address, it will only be used for communication purposes and nothing else. If you need an accommodation for your student or if this is an urgent matter, please contact the school directly.
