These documents are necessary for the enrollment process: your child will not be considered enrolled until we receive these documents.

Acceptance into the Special Education Department is based on verification from professional reports. An acceptance email will be sent to you once all documents are received and reviewed and tuition is paid.

1. Student Birth Certificate or Passport

2. Student Care Card

3. Immigration documents (if applicable, please include parent's work permit and birth certificate/passport)

4. Student support documents such as any previous and current:
- Individualized Education Plans (IEP)
- Psychological Assessments
- Speech/Language Reports
- Occupational Therapy Reports
- Physical Therapy Reports
- Pediatrician Reports
- Any other support documents If documents are longer than 6 pages, please email them to ined@chekabc.ca

5. Ordinarily resident form completed and signed if family will be outside of BC for 6 weeks or more of the year.
